The hotel had a charming historic feel with plenty of interesting spaces to explore. We particularly enjoyed the various sitting rooms and libraries, as well as the lovely courtyards. the location was also a big plus, making it easy for us to get around and explore the surrounding area. the room we stayed in was very comfortable and had a nice balcony where we could relax.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel after visiting some natural wonders nearby. This place is incredibly historic, being the second oldest hotel in the country. I wish I had more time to explore the hotel as it had so many interesting areas to discover, like libraries, sitting rooms, and charming courtyards. Although there weren't elevators, the effort of climbing a few flights of stairs was well worth it when I entered my room. It was spacious, comfortable, and even had a balcony where I could unwind and take in the view.

This hotel is a great choice for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at this historic hotel with interesting nooks and libraries. Our balcony room was comfortable and clean, with great hotel facilities, breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with easy transportation options.

    Nothing, all great.

We booked a hotel after visiting the glacier nearby, and we were luckily placed in a historic hotel with plenty of interesting rooms and nooks. the location was great, offering easy access to nearby attractions and scenic views. Our room, while lacking elevator service, had comfortable beds, and a clean bathroom with basic toiletries. There were lovely courtyards, a library, and sitting rooms to take advantage of.

Despite the charming surroundings, we were let down by the service. Staff were unprofessional and not up to the standards expected of a 4-star hotel.

Great historic location with fascinating nooks and crannies. Enjoyed the library and courtyards too. Room was comfortable with lovely balconies. It was in a key location, offering quick respite while being centrally located.

While the hotel needs a few décor updates and some hallways were in poor condition, the biggest disappointment was the overpriced evening meals and wine lists. Unprofessional staff detracted from the overall experience but did not detract from the classic allure of the hotel.
